Privacy Policy

PEI Musicals ("we") provides a private rehearsal platform — a website and a companion iOS/macOS app — for cast members of our licensed musical theatre productions. This policy describes what information we handle. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run rehearsals, we never sell or share data, and we use no advertising or tracking.

Information we collect

• Account details (website accounts): name, email address, and — for members under 18 — a parent/guardian email used solely to obtain consent. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes.
• Access logs: which show pages a signed-in member visited and when, so production staff can see engagement.
• Contact form: the name, email, and message you send us.

The app itself requires only a production access code. Creating an account is not required to rehearse in the app; an optional admin sign-in exists for production staff.

What we do NOT do

• No advertising, no analytics SDKs in the app, no tracking across apps or websites.
• No selling, renting, or sharing of personal information with third parties.
• No collection of location, contacts, photos, or any device data.

Where data lives

Account data is stored in our database (hosted on Neon/Vercel) and used only to operate the rehearsal platform. Rehearsal content you download in the app is stored on your device and can be removed by deleting the app.

Children

Members under 18 may only hold an account with parent/guardian consent, collected by email before the account activates.

Your choices

Email contact@peimusicals.com to access, correct, or delete your account and associated data — we'll action it promptly.
